The Southampton was a truly unique piece, as it was the only mechanical chronograph that Timex had ever made. The chronograph feature was a very basic one however, using a lever inside the modified M22 movement to have the second hand "flyback" to the 12 o'clock position when pulled down. It came in two variations, both white and black dials. Both dials have heavy amounts of radium lume.
