Submit a Watch

Please read all instructions carefully and complete the form below if you would like to submit one or more watches to be added to the model reference guide.

  • Please ensure that your watch is in good to excellent cosmetic shape before filling out the form. Proper mechanical function is not necessary.
  • If interested, I will email you and ask for you to submit high resolution photos of your watch.
  • Instructions for shipping will be provided after review and approval of your photos.
  • Shipping here (Atlanta, GA · U.S.A.) will be paid by you. Heritage 1854 will cover return shipping.
  • Photos and notes will be taken of your watch(es), and you will be given credit for submitting. All photos taken by Heritage 1854 are property of Heritage 1854.
  • Heritage 1854 is not responsible for any damage or loss of your watch(es) during transit to or from our location.
